Meatloaf with Tomato Gravy

Ingredients
- 2lb Ground chuck/round
- 1 Small Onion (Chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1 stalk Celery (Chopped)
- 4 teaspoons Dr. Meaux's Cajun Recipe Seasoning
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Seasoned bread crumbs (Crushed saltines work also)
- 2 Large cans of Spaghetti sauce
Directions
| Step 1 | Put ¼ of one can of spaghetti sauce with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. | |
| Step 2 | Place mixture in a large baking dish, form loaf, top with the rest of the spaghetti sauce. | |
| Step 3 | Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. | |
| Step 4 | Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. |
